Assignment Instruction You are required to complete assessments question 1 to 4; as part of your assignment for the Basic ICD-10 course. These assessments will empower you to assign diagnostic codes up to a basic level and gain an understanding of the to ICD-10 and the legal requirements surrounding the use of ICD-10 in South Africa Assign ICD-10 codes to the listed conditions and diagnoses applying the basic rules and conventions of ICD-10, using volumes 1 and 3 of your coding manuals or UCode. Assignment Guidelines Complete all questions and examples Writing must be legible Present your assignment in a file or a folder or email back in excel format Your details (name, surname, company, contact details and address) must be clear Evidence in your assignment must be your own (you must complete all questions and examples individually) Evidence of plaigarism, copying or groupwork will result in you obtaining 0% for the assignment and you will not pass the course. Assignments must be submitted within six weeks from date of training You will be allowed two attempts to pass the assignment To pass the assignment, you are required to obtain 80% per question , 80% for the 22 chapters in question 4 and an overall percentage of 80%.
