The steady mix of boxing drills and circuit style training will improve your power output and aerobic performance. Safely using boxing drills is a fantastic way to raise your heart rate and make you work to your maximum capacity. 

We have all the kit you’ll need and there is no boxing experience necessary to attend these classes.

Our boxing coaches Conor and Tony both have immense experience working with training novices through to experienced boxers.

No need, we provide gloves and wraps so your hands are protected when punching.

We provide all the kit as well as towels and water, so just bring your own water bottle

Yes, this class is designed for beginners and those who have boxed before. 

If you’re looking for a great way to sweat, relieve stress and have fun while doing so you’ll love this class.

This class is a mix of Boxing and full body exercises, each class is different however the main focus will be boxing inspired. 

You can expect to hit a boxing bag and use pads/mitts for partner drills also.

Yes, during the warm up our coach will take you through basic technique drills so during the class you will feel safe to throw punches. 

However, the emphasis will NOT be on proper technique during the class – if this is something you would like to improve talk to our coach.

Physically, boxing is a great aerobic exercise. 

It gets your heart pumping which can reduce the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes and diabetes. 

Moreover, it is a great way to reduce stress as it stimulates the production of endorphins; that feel good feeling. 

I mean who doesn’t like to hit a boxing bag? 

In addition to building muscle, boxing can improve mental strength allowing us to deal with life stresses more effectively.
