GROUP CLASSES

We are now offering a range of different Group Classes.

Classes are running weekday mornings, lunchtimes and evenings and weekend mornings.

Training in groups of up to 3 people.  All training levels welcome..

Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 3 months.

Yoga – Slow Flow / Vinyasa / Restorative &, Boxing – Circuits and Technique Classes &, Circuit Classes & Power Lunch Conditioning Classes &, Stretch / Mobility Classes.
Group Classes run by The Sporting Club Performance Ltd at the premises of 69 Garnet St, E1W 3QS. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details on the "Description" tab for more information. We reserve the right to change instructors for any group session without notice.

We require 24 hours notice if you wish your cancel your attendance at a group session. Where 24 hours notice is not given any applicable session fees are non-refundable, with the exception of cancellations for medical reasons. In those circumstances we reserve the right to request medical documentation.

If less than two people are registered to attend a scheduled class 24 hours before its commencement, we reserve the right to cancel the session and will return any session as credit. Payments will be charged on the date of purchase. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. 3 month expiry from date of purchase

No need, we provide gloves and wraps so your hands are protected when punching.

For box fit we recommend bringing a bottle of water and your own towel.

Yes, this class is designed for beginners and those who have boxed before. 

If you’re looking for a great way to sweat, relieve stress and have fun while doing so you’ll love this class.

This class is a mix of Boxing and full body exercises, each class is different however the main focus will be boxing inspired. 

You can expect to hit a boxing bag and use pads/mitts for partner drills also.

Yes, during the warm up our coach will take you through basic technique drills so during the class you will feel safe to throw punches. 

However, the emphasis will NOT be on proper technique during the class – if this is something you would like to improve talk to our coach.

Physically, boxing is a great aerobic exercise. 

It gets your heart pumping which can reduce the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes and diabetes. 

Moreover, it is a great way to reduce stress as it stimulates the production of endorphins; that feel good feeling. 

I mean who doesn’t like to hit a boxing bag? 

In addition to building muscle, boxing can improve mental strength allowing us to deal with life stresses more effectively.
